Laramie is a city of approximately 33,000 residents located in the scenic High Plains of southeastern Wyoming. Located at 7,220 feet above sea level, Laramie is home to the University of Wyoming and a vibrant arts community.
There are almost endless opportunities for outdoor recreation in the surrounding area, including:
Downhill skiing at the Snowy Range Resort just 45 minutes West and Steamboat, Vail and Copper Mountain all about 2 hours South
Cross country skiing on groomed trails in the Medicine Bow National Forest
World class rock climbing at Vedauwoo about 15 minutes East of town
Mountain biking on maintained trails in the Medicine Bow National Forest
